General

Orders Over $500: Orders exceeding $500 may be verified via email before shipping. Please purchase responsibly.

  • Disclaimer:

    • Size and weight are accurately described for each item, but items may appear smaller or larger in photos.

    • Monitor settings can affect how colors appear.

    • All crystals and stones are natural; imperfections are normal and part of their beauty.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Please allow 2-7 business days to process and pack your order (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

  • Free Shipping: Available for U.S. orders of $50 or more.

  • International Shipping: Offered at higher rates (we do not set these rates).

  • Delivery Times: Vary by package type and destination. Check tracking information for estimated delivery times. Delivery times do not include processing time.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Carrier: We ship via USPS or the most cost-effective option. Other carriers are available upon special request. All packages include tracking.

  • Order / Tracking Confirmation: Sent via email. Check your junk mail if you don’t receive yours.

  • Insurance: Only USPS Ground and Priority packages include insurance protection (up to a specified amount by USPS). Buyers are responsible for purchasing additional insurance if needed.

  • Responsibility:

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for paying these fees.

    • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If items are returned due to an incorrect address, shipping must be repaid before reshipping.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not accepted after this timeframe.

  • Returns:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

    • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of the item being received.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition; buyers are responsible for any loss in value if the item is damaged.

  • Exchanges: Not accepted, but please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Live/Story Sale Policy (For live sale orders on Instagram only)

Invoices:

  • Sent the next day unless otherwise specified and are due within 24 hours.

  • Failure to pay will result in a ban from future live sales.

  • What Are Live Sales?

    • Live shopping events hosted 1-2 times a month on Instagram, lasting 4-5 hours.

  • How to Purchase:

    • Items are shown one by one during the live sales/story sales, with prices displayed (e.g., "34xx").

    • To claim, comment the item code and price.

    • The first person to appear on our screen gets the claim.

    • No switches or put-backs: Please claim responsibly.
